I started my career at the Hospital Vall d'Hebron in 2006 as a psychologist delivering treatment for smoking cessation at individual and group level, after working at the Hospital Clínic and the Institut Català d'Oncologia. Over time, I have specialized in the treatment of tobacco use disorder in patients with psychiatric pathology and / or other addictions. I like to help patients improve their physical and mental health!!

I am an associate professor of Psychology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, ​​professor of several university master's degrees and a teacher in online and in-person courses. I am a member of several working groups in the field and I actively participate in the commission of the Smoke-free Hospital of our hospital.

I am also author and co-author of several publications in national and international journals. I have participated as a researcher in several projects and clinical trials. I have been a speaker at national and international conferences. I have won some awards in communications and posters presented at congresses. I have also collaborated in the publication of several clinical guidelines. Evidence first!!
