3. Our restricted area is called My Vall d’Hebron and is for patients and their families to access a service to provide information about the progress of a procedure.
There is a restricted area, called My Vall d’Hebron, that can only be accessed following registration. At the time of registration you will receive a personal and non-transferable password, which you are responsible for and through which you commit to making proper use of the service and maintaining confidentiality.
If you are a patient awaiting surgery you will have to register in person at Vall d’Hebron University Hospital. Close friends or family members who wish to register will have to ask the patient to invite them to join the service. They will receive a personal and non-transferable access code. To register, you will have to provide the information requested, which should be:
- true, accurate and complete in relation to identity
- users agree to update their details so they are always correct
If this does not happen, or information is suspected to be false, the institution has the right to cancel the account and deny access to the website now and in the future. The institution also reserves the right to do the same for users it considers inactive.
